After more than a decade traversing a career through technology and startups, non-profits, food and beverage, cosmetics, marketing and recruitment agencies, and holding functional roles across marketing, community management, sales, and people operations, Crystal has developed an adaptable, pragmatic, empathetic and compassionate lens through which to support individuals and organizations.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Relational Trauma Coach, and Certified Career Strategist (CCS). With 3000+ completed coaching hours, she is working towards her Master Coaching Certification. Crystal spends her days working mostly in the technology and non-profit sectors. She coaches one-on-one and in small leadership teams with emerging and seasoned leaders who want to build and foster healthy workplaces.
Annika is passionate about building competitive compensation programs for growing organizations that can scale. She works with technology-enabled companies and non-profits to help them grow and retain their top talent through smart career and people operations frameworks, agile base salary structures as well as sales incentive and bonus plans that actually work. She is a pay equity and transparency advocate.
Her extensive experience as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) combined with a Masters Degree in Project Management make her the perfect compensation and people operations ally.
